Government of Gibraltar License

All gambling operations in Gibraltar require licensing under the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”). Remote Gambling licences, including for telephone and internet betting, are issued by the Licensing Authority. The Gambling Commissioner is appointed under the provisions of the Act. The Act grants the Gambling Commissioner powers to ensure that licensees conduct their operations in accordance with their licenses and in such a manner as to maintain the good reputation of Gibraltar.

The Gambling Commissioner has issued two Remote Gambling Licences to 32Red plc:-

Italian Licence

On 6 March 2012, the Italian Regulator, Amministrazione autonoma dei monopoli di Stato (AAMS) issued 32Red plc with a remote gaming licence in Italy and on 29 November 2012, the Company announced that it had commenced trading.

UK Licence

The Gambling Commission in the UK has issued a Remote Betting and Gaming Licence to 32Red Plc:-

Authorised Betting Partner of British Racing

32Red has demonstrated a commitment to a fair and mutually sustainable funding relationship with British Racing by receiving the official designation of 'Authorised Betting Partner' (ABP).
