We believe that we have a responsibility, to ensure that our customers have an entertaining and enjoyable experience at 32Red. We are able to do this because of our dialogue with GamCare, a charitable organisation that provides help and counselling to those with gambling problems.

Underage play

It is illegal for anyone under 18 to open an account or to play on 32Red. We have taken steps to ensure that our Poker Room does not attract young people and our website uses software that stops under 18's joining. However, we do ask that if young people have access to a computer with Internet access, customers take care to keep their account number and PIN confidential and do not leave children unattended around their computer while they are using our website.
